What are my shipping and delivery options?
We offer Standard shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Standard Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free for orders over 200 AED. This Standard shipping will take about 2-5 business days, not including order processing time.
*ID details (including consignee number and expiration date) are mandatory for all shipments to Oman and for orders above 999 AED in Saudi Arabia. Please email customerservice@commodityfragrances.me with this information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most countries within the Middle East: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping. If you do not see your country listed above, please visit our international site: www.CommodityFragrances.com
Are there other shipping restrictions?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and/or to to APO/FPO addresses
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
